Do you have a minute?

As I browse the 2024 COVR Awards Voting Guide, I am blown away by the incredible community of artists I'm grateful to belong to. 

We come from the four corners of the globe and may never meet in person, but we share a common passion to bring magic, beauty, inspiration, and healing to the world through our individual gifts and talents.

The challenge for independent artists to do this seems to get ever greater. Which is why the COVR (Coalition of Visionary Resources) Visionary Awards are so important. They connect us with wonderful retailers and the general public, whom we hope will enjoy and benefit from our creations.

Emily K Grieves de Reyes Contla and I are honored to have a nomination in this year's 2024 Awards. Our Dia de los Muertos Oracle is nominated in the INSPIRATIONAL CARD DECK Category. We co-created this deck during COVID, when we (along with so many people) were grieving so many loved ones who made their transition. The rich tradition of Dia de los Muertos provides us all with such a powerful context for living as if death were a loving ally right over our shoulder.
