What do our sexual dreams mean? 😳 🛌

It's not just a crisis that is a terrible thing to waste, but also so is a sexual dream.

So many people are confused about what these dreams mean--since our dreams feature us in so many umm shall we say, interesting, positions with people (in waking life) we Would NEVER choose to be intimate with. 

So, what gives? Why are we having these dreams...and WHAT DO THEY MEAN about us?

Alex Ferarri from Next Level Soul podcast asked, so I shared. 

One thing to do is to ask yourself what three qualities this person, with whom you are having an intimate connection in your dreams, represent to you. 

Consider that's what you're connecting with (intimately) in yourself...because according to the late great father of psychotherapy, Carl Jung, everyone and everything in the dream is US!
